"In The Kitchen With Chris" YouTube Opening (Day 03)

Now it was time to animate the logo's individual pieces. This was a bit of a challenge because the logo was one single image. With that in mind, I had to open the original document and pull the logo apart. Once that was completed, the utensils, text, and apron pocket were each on a separate layer. The logo was then fully animated and placed in the opening sequence. Both Chris and myself agreed this new version was a better choice. It's more eye catching than the entire logo animating all at once.

Also added to this version of the opening was background music, which I created in GarageBand. It combined a guitar loop and beat which I thought was a perfect fit for the intro.
